The latest of the 5 (Forke) Boys!

The five boys. Dylan is holding Chuck, Ethan is in the middle and Luke is holding Wit. Then a close up of Chuck with his famous "fuss face" on, and Wit being his laid back self. Posted by Picasa

It is the most beautiful thing to watch these two sleep together. The photos do not do the moment justice. There is such a peace that surrounds these two, it is like nothing any of us Moms of singles have ever experienced. There really is something miraculous about twins. Posted by Picasa

Wit is awake and almost smiling for this quick snap shot by his Mom yesterday. Posted by Picasa

They are getting bigger every day, today they are at the doctor getting checked out. I am sure we are going to find that they have gained some height and weight. Check the blog out soon and I will post their "stats".... Posted by Picasa

Twenty fingers, twenty toes..... Posted by Picasa

It is especially nice for the new mom to have so many hands. Aunt Mona and cousin Crystal came over and gave Farrah some relief. Imagine... it takes four arms to keep these boys happy! Posted by Picasa

Me (Aunt P) feeding Wit a bottle. This was my first time to feed him, I was so excited! They are such good boys and they are so cute that it is hard to put them down and extra hard not to squeeze them too hard or kiss them too much. Posted by Picasa

Chuck is growing so fast and is awake so much these days. He is probably awake twice as long as Wit, which is exactly what Farrah was expecting. Before their birthday, the boys acted this same way, Chuck always dancing around not wanting to miss anything and Wit just content to sleep and dream. Chuck will look around for a full 45 minutes after Wit has nodded off and then he is still back up at the same time as his brother. Posted by Picasa

Frankie in Taos at about 7 months.
She was the most beautiful pregnant woman I have ever seen. Truly glowing and never a day of sickness. She was made to have these boys.

The most beautiful twins on earth, Chuck and Wit, taking a nap after a feeding with Mama. Posted by Picasa

More visitors, Arlene, Kaitlyn and Nadia hold Chuck. They live right across the street from Farrah. Posted by Picasa

Another visitor who stopped by their first day home, Emily, is holding Wit. Posted by Picasa

A neighbor, Aida, stops by to see the boys. She also has twin boys that are two. There are three families with twin boys on Farrah's very short street. Good thing we didn't choose that neighborhood... Posted by Picasa

You can see how small they are in these car seats. It was strange to put them in these huge seats and try to strap them in. It seems as though they could get out easily. So far Mom reports that the boys LOVE the car. Posted by Picasa

Their "Going Home" outfits. They are beautiful, but not so practical. Aunt P bought these and they are "preemie" sized, but way too big so far. They still wore them home. This photo was taken right before leaving the hospital on January 2, 2006. Posted by Picasa

December 21, 2005 - The twins weigh 4.8lbs. (Chuck) and 4.15lbs. (Wit), it could be any day now. The doctor is anxious for them to come, but Frankie wants to keep them in until they are ready to come out. I am getting really excited and really nervous at the same time. I couldn't sleep last night. I keep trying to picture what it will be like, but I have no idea what to expect. The latest development is that Frankie will not have the babies in a normal labor and delivery room, it has to be done in the O.R., because of the risk involved. That makes me more nervous too. Please keep us in your prayers, Farrah, Chuck, Wit and me, I need to be strong and have wisdom to help and coach my sister. She is very, very brave indeed. Posted by Picasa

December 13, 2005 - Wow, have you ever seen anything like this? If you put your hand over the photo (where the belly is) It looks like a normal person, and then you remove your hand and viola, twins! Every now and then I will catch a glimpse of the belly and just be so amazed. I have really never, ever seen anything like this. Frankie has not one single stretch mark, no line, nothing. Her skin is beautiful, just very stretched out. It is really so amazing. I think that she does "pregnant" better than anyone. Posted by Picasa

December 9, 2005 - We spent Friday night "out on the town" we had dinner and wondered around Market Street. We did a little Christmas shopping and had a ball. Frankie looked beautiful as always. These days every time the phone rings I jump, but she is holding up well. Posted by Picasa

December 5, 2005 - Well, it could be any day now. The doctor has taken Frankie off of bedrest and told her that she can run a marathon now if she would like. The babies are exceptional and far above average in weight. Each one weighs approximately 4 1/2 lbs. The Mommy-to-be is holding up well and enjoying her last night of peace, although she is not sleeping so well anymore with body parts going numb as she dozes. I know she must be very uncomfortable, but she is such a trooper. She is wrapping TONS of presents, has been shopping all day and scappin' all night and wears me out half the time! She is going to be an incredible Mom! Posted by Picasa

November 5, 2005 - The day of shower number 3. Hosted by me, her sister, it was held at Farrah's home, so everyone was able to view the nursery. It is beautiful. Frankie has amazing skills for decorating and her nursery is really unique and has her flair right down to the chandelier light fixture. Posted by Picasa
